Course Description:

Mark Weisman’s career as a pianist, musician, conductor, and educator spans more than 20 years. Since graduating New York University with a BA in Music Education and Musicology, Mark has never stopped his passion for learning. He is a member of the Music Educators Association of NJ and serves as an Adjucator for their piano auditions at William Patterson college. Mark has continued to study with the most respected people in the music profession such as Miriam Brickman (classical concert pianist) and Sanford Gold (former pianist of the NBC orchestra). Performance credits include playing in London for Queen Elizabeth’s Silver Jubilee Concert, Marriot Marquis Hotel (NYC), and Valentino’s Piano Bar in Morristown. He currently plays as the house pianist at the Graycliff in Moonachie, NJ, a wedding venue. He has also served as musical director and conductor include local community and high shool theater productions. He is founder and director of the Piano Workshop in Chester.
